Mystery accident shock horror on defaced roundabout hell!

Police investigate mystery crash.

This morning your correspondent observed the aftermath of a mysterious accident. If it had occurred at 1am all would have been well and we could have assumed that the driver was p****d up and had crashed out! However this was 11am and a very puzzled driver was observed standing by the wrecked vehicle who had disappeared by the time your correspondent returned with his camera. We need to be told! I made my excuses and left! Where is the Fake Sheik when you want him? More photos if wanted.
