The Milverton festival/street fair is a very popular event which takes place on the Bank Holiday Monday at the start of May attended by large crowds every year. There are many attractions and stalls to see with performing artists from all over. On May Day (Monday May 4th 2009) there will be live music, bars and street entertainers.
There will of course be the usual street market on Fore Street, which will be closed to traffic from 8.00am.
80+ stalls will be set up in Fore Street and in the Victoria Rooms. Everything from high class paintings to deep dug plants; from hand made chocolates to hand made soaps.

There will be refreshments available in the Victoria Rooms from 10:00am until 4:00pm
Filled rolls, cakes, scones, tea, coffee and squash.
Drinks to take away.
