Setback for Milverton Action Group

News came today of the decision by the Taunton Deane Borough Council to refuse to revoke the certificate of lawfulness relating to the proposed development of 100 homes at land adjacent to Creedwell Orchard. Parish Council clerk Gwilym Wren said, " Unfortunately the council has refused to revoke the certificate of lawfulness relating to the development and so the threat of development in this part of the village remains", (Somerset County Gazette website). The Parish Council will now seek legal advice on any further action.
